partly cloudy with 20mph winds out of the SW/W. new snow estimated 2-4" in skin track with

at 0830 a natural release was observed at 12500' on a S/SW aspect near ridge line. Start zone appeared to be on a steep convexity (slope angles estimated at 30-35 degrees) Avalanche appeared to be storm slab in natural approx 2' crown at deepest point.
