scattered high clouds at mid-day, clearing by late afternoon. light winds from W/NW throughout tour. temps 25° warming to 30° F later in day.

Snowpack

dug pit on 30° N aspect @ 10,650' BTL. site was in an open portion of a moderately gladed area. HS 300 cm. 1 CTN, repeated prying on column produced an RP failure 100 cm down. 1 ECTX, repeated prying on column produced failure 100 cm down. 1 DTH (RP) at 100 cm down in P hard slab sitting above a 1F layer. all 3 failures were RP (RP)
