Weather

Sunny in the valley with lingering clouds over the mountains. Clouds increased and obscured my view as I approached the road closure.

Snowpack

Evidence of more Wet Slab Avalanches at the rain line around 10500'. Large Persistent Slab Avalanches observed above treeline on N-NE aspects.

Avalanche

Many Wet Slab and Persistent Slab Avalanches observed along the highway 82 corridor. Visibility was obscured by the clouds but I'm confident there were many more.
