At 1940m, raincrust no longer supportive of skier. Some minor settlements. 1.5cm zipper crust with wetter snow underneath. 8cm of new winter snow on top. @2100m crust very thin and not supportive. Estimate 30-35cm new storm snow. Low winds this afternoon. Did not venture onto N asp as slopes were steeper and clearly storm snow slab lies over lower density old surfaces and likely some preserved SH.
