Snowpack

Lots of cracking (nothing propagating more than a few feet) when skinning outside the skin track both on east and west sides of Berthoud (more on east side). Elevations 11,300' to 11,900', both east and west aspects.

Avalanche

Others probably reported this already as it's easily observable from Highway 40, but in addition to the slide from a day or two ago above Rush/Nitro, there appeared to be a new slide (presumably from this morning or possibly yesterday) in Lift Gulley. East aspect, below treeline, R1-D1.5. Not sure if skier triggered or not. Perhaps of interest, this slope prior to the storm saw some skier compaction throughout the early season.
