Avalanche
Avalanche was triggered when the third skier came down the same line as the first two. Avalanche had a crown depth of 15-30cm, propagated 50m wide, and ran 500m long. Did not determine what layer the avalanche failed on. A ski cut at the top of our line provided no results, and snowpack observations during our skin up on similar aspects produced no reactivity or concerns.

- <p>3 of us went to ski a north facing line off Duke ridge. First and second skier made it down without incident. Third skier came down the same line when the avalanche was triggered slightly above them. They were able to ski out of it quickly and without incident. Avalanche continued long and far down the fall line without much resistance.</p>
