We rode in the Onion area of Babine Mountains Park. There was enough storm snow (20-30 cm) to make carving enjoyable. The mid-pack is well settled, but the bottom of the snowpack is weak unconsolidated depth hoar. The wind was light with moderate gusts in the morning, however winds started to increase from the south late in the day on our way out.
