Skied 3 laps down the Tree Triangle by Exit Gully. A 5-10cm reactive storm slabs was sitting at ridgetop. This storm slabs disappeared within a couple meters of dropping off the ridge. Snow in the trees skied fantastically. There are still creek holes showing on the alder path in and advanced survival skiing is required on the way out.
Snowpack
5-10cm storm slabs had formed at ridgetop of the Tree Triangle, however disappeared within a few meters of dropping off the ridgetop, snow below ridgetop was up to 50+cm of unconsolidated storm snow sitting on a thick crust.
