Ice Climbing: Spray River Falls

Climbed Spray River Falls today, excellent shape. Minimal sun affect, concentrated primarily to the second pitch. Steep hero ice for P3. A number of >48hr sz1 wet loose slides were observed on all aspects. During our climb, more snow arrived than we expected, approx 8-10cm total - no wind. Some hearty spindrift/sluffing occurred off steep rocky features due to the same. We were off the route by 12 as the sun poked through & the snow started to warm.
