Solstice Ski

Went for a Solstice Ski at Hankin. No fresh avalanches observed. Boot top powder. The storm snow is gaining cohesive soft slab qualities, blanketing the mountains in a beautiful, inviting, powdery, booby trap. The riding is amazing and it is easy to be lured into temporarily forget about the weak layers lurking in the snowpack.
