Weather
Warm with mostly clear skies until 1:00 in the afternoon.Temperature at the start of the skin track was 60 F at 1230. Rapidly increasing cloud cover and afternoon thunderstorms beginning to build around 1:00 with 100% cloud cover, feeling very warm and stuffy
Snowpack
Near and below treeline the top 30-50 centimeters was wet and for the most part cohesionless on east and south aspects. With force, I could initiate collapse and cracks that would quickly stop about a meter from my skis. The collapse only reached down to the top 50 cm's of wet snow , which was sitting on an intact 5 centimeter melt/ freeze crust. Minimal water was seeping through the crust. Similar structure on other aspects, but east and southeast were the only ones feeling punchy at 1230
Avalanche
Several small wet loose avalanches from below cornices on Raspeberry Ridge, east facing near treeline
