Weather
Mostly calm and clear with some increasing high clouds around midday. Temperature inversion at 9 am with -2F at the Marble turn and 15F at the summit of McClure. Things quickly warmed to 30f by midday.
Snowpack
Very similar in snowpack depth (145 cms) and upper snowpack structure to recent obs on Huntsmans with about 45cms of recent snow above a stripe of near-surface facets (1/8/2020). Propagating result from a long column test on this layer (ECTP15 down 45 on FCsf .5mm) The depth hoar is resting on a coarse melt-freeze crust and produced a propagating result in a long column test as well (PST 32/130 End).
