Toured up to Windy Joe Mtn. At higfhway level, 1200m, 40cm HS a frozen raincrust lurked under 5cm of new snow. At 1750m, HS 75cm with 20cm undisturbed dry new snow over a very thin soft crust. Lower pack appeared dry and unconsolidated, foot pen was 50-50+cm no signs of instability. no signs of wind at treeline at the end of the storm on Nov19th.
