Avalanche occurred on storm slab over wind slab and dropped to the persistent weak layer.

Avalanche was remote triggered by skiers on flat terrain below the slope, at least 500ft away from runout. The avalanche started on low angle but locally steep section of E/SE facing slope at 11800 ft elevation. Estimate the length to be less than 100 ft and the crown width about 300 ft. Size was probably about D1.5
