Cold, windy, mixed clouds, sun and whiteouts. Prominent dust layer at the bottom of new snow

Snowpack

5-7" Lower density new snow, right side up, bonded well to old snow, pink desert dust at old/ new interface. Second noticeable dust layer in this area this season.
