5-7" of new snow from yesterday's storm is cohesive enough to propagate a failure with an ECTP10 observed at the old/new interface. The old snow is fragile and weak with large facets above a faceting melt-freeze crust and mixed forms to the ground. General snow cover is sparse with many rocks and bushes poking through
