Weather
7 inches of new snow. Intermittent light snow through the day, then moderate (S2) snowfall in late afternoon. Light west to southwest winds, with no signs of recent drifting.
Snowpack
Height of snow varied from 110 to 130cm.
No significant signs of instability. We experienced only a couple tiny collapses on westerly-facing slopes, but none extending beyond skis. The dense new snow remained soft, with no slab development. Winds were too light to build fresh slabs.

Avalanche
Got a long window of good visibility mid-day and saw no natural activity between the upper Gothic Valley around toward the northern Ruby Range.
