Snowpack
Felt really stable the entire skin in - even on east facing aspects. We did not see any warning signs during our field observations. The chute was not wind loaded.
Avalanche
My third turn into the chute triggered the whole thing to slide. I did not feel any instability in my first two turns. The slope angle was 40-45 degrees with a section at the top just about 45. The entire snowpack came down with me (ie all to way to the ground). The total dept of the snow was between 1-2ft. Elevation was about 10k ft.
