Avalanche

The typical large wet slab avalanche slid in the Apron of the High Trail Cliffs. (The Apron slides most years during the start of the major melt.) It slid to the ground. It started between Choke and Knuckle, and went a ways into the trees. Looked a day or two old. Northwest aspect, ran from approximately 11,700' to 11,100'. There was a second smaller wet slab avalanche to the north of it, also in the Apron. WS-N-G-R2-D2.5. Lots of wet loose avalanches on all aspects and elevations visible from the road as well, but this was the only wet slab visible (but visibility wasn't great).
