Light rain at the time of observation. Snow surfaces showed textures that looked like a little harder rain earlier in the afternoon and evening.
Avalanche
A small Wet Slab avalanche ran on a west-southwest-facing slope at 7,900'. The debris was cut by a snow plow but looked recent. Local residents confirmed the slide occured on the afternoon of March 15th.
