Skied TL and BTL slopes from a variety of aspects. Approached the day with a conservative mindset to see how the new storm snow was bonding. Progressed to steeper (~35deg) slopes as we gained confidence throughout the morning.

Snowpack

Previous avalanches observed from last cycle, but no avalanches observed in the past 24 hours. 10-15cm beneath new storm snow was a layer of graupel. Several hand sheers showed moderate-hard results down ~30-35 cm on the roughly 5-10cm breakable crust layer. Below the breakable crust exists another crust. New storm snow appeared to be bonding well with minimal slab properties. Multiple ski cuts on steeper features yielded no results. Snow became more slab-like as temperatures increased through-ought the day. Observed wind loading on west facing TL terrain.
