Ochre Springs Slide Path

Took advantage of continued good stability to ski the recent Kootenay snow. We decided that while this seemed to be a safe choice to ski today tomorrow would likely be a different story. - 6 at car at 8:30am 5-10cm down on the skin track from yesterday Snowed 1cm/hour while we were out. Light winds Ski pen = 30cm 30-50cm of new snow. A surprising number of tracks in the area but plenty of terrain to share up high. No signs of any avalanches anywhere. On steeper rolls sluff management was not a concern for us. There is a small sun crust approx 10cm under the snow (Friday or Saturday). 0 degrees at the car at 2pm.
