Very touchy conditions BTL, Alpine, subalpine. High winds and cold in alpine. Pit at the base of a convex slope showed storm snow down 15 cm broke away easily on previous storm layer. This weakness was observed on all slopes, all elevations that were skied. Easily triggered a minor sluff in open trees on a 50 degree slope.
