Harvey Pass/Mt Bourgeau

There was enough new snow to make skiing pleasant between 2100m and 2400m on south aspects.. Not much snow in the Alpine on west and SW slopes. The sun came out briefly mid-afternoon and took the snow surface to 0C just below treeline.. Our uptrack didn't find the easy terrain and we got cliffted out once on descent. At the end of the day it got warm down low with snow balling and stick below 1900m on south aspects. Ski crampons recommend if skinning steep stuff on south aspects or in the Alpine.
