Snowpack

Generally strong snow pack in the 4 locations we dug. One location (BTL, next to dream lake NE facing) had a small windslab that was giving planar results on a shovel tap. In this same location we found a layer of small facets approx 50cm down that were giving moderate and planar results on compression tests.

Avalanche

BTL 9800ft NNE aspect 40* slope on a ski cut triggered a small role R1D1. This was in a windy area just next to Nymph lake.
