Weather

Mostly cloudy with moderate W ridgetop winds. Some blowing snow, but no evidence of windloading (most available snow had probably already been transported). Recent storm left 1/2-1" HN. 8" HS at Snowstake Bowl.

Snowpack

Thin snowpack is almost entirely faceted grains with the recent snow on the surface. In some sunny locations the facets are topped with a 1cm MF crust (P-K hard). Thin coverage in Crest, Big Curve, Race Track, Powerline, and Gunbarrel, but Big Slide and Quarry are mostly rock.
