Overcast turning to partly sunny. Temperature rose to 5C at 1pm at 11,000ft.
Snowpack
Depth hoar growing to 1.5mm at 11,500 and above where there was just over 60cm of snow, none seen at 11,000ft where there was roughly 30cm of snow. Under snow from last storm (1.5wks ago) is significant and widespread graupel - 5-6mm graupel on top of a sun/rain crust, buried by 20cm of decomposing new snow at 11,500ft. Graupel seen consistently across slopes up to 32deg in angle. ECT tests failed at this layer but did not propagate across the layer.
