Warm and calm morning. Mostly cloudy, with the sun occasionally popping through the clouds.

8" of new snow in the Denny Creek parking lot and on flat slopes in the morning had settled to 6" by early afternoon.

No avalanches observed in Denny Creek area. Observers near the pass reported also no avalanche activity.
