CMC Edwards L1 students were making pit observations on the Black Lakes side of the highway when we noticed the slide. Pit details- ridge west of Black Lakes 11,300', N facing 50 cm HS, 3 x CTM Q1 down 30 cm, failed on 1F crust

An unknown skier triggered a R3 D2 SS mid path between 1.30-3 pm. The slide was too far away for good photos.
