Weather
Cloud cover increasing. S-1 at 11:15AM, stayed that way through 3PM. Looked like it was snowing to the west.
Snowpack
Highly variable snowpack. In snow drifts on W and NW facing, had HS up to 83cm. Where no drifts, very thin. Consistent coverage on these slopes starting NTL. On E facing, had HS of 35cm. Varying hardnesses even within the same layer. Some thin windslabs, but mostly facets to the ground, sometimes with refrozen DH at the ground. On all aspects, had larger grain DH chains at the ground to midpack and then smaller facets towards the surface. East aspects had an ice crust midpack and near surface faceting. ECTN28 on the ice layer on an E facing 39 degree slope.
Avalanche
No avalanche activity observed
