Long tour on N-E-S aspects in the La Platas remaining Near and Below TL revealed 20cm fairly dense me storm snow. Loading and crossloading present on SSE ridges near and just below TL. Otherwise, storm slab was out only problem. No signs of instability in the snowpack. Observed one natural slab Avalanche crown across the valley at 13K on a rock band, SE facing. Cold temps and overcast all day. S-1 pulses began in the afternoon. Winds light, gusting to moderate out of the WNW Aspect: N Elevation: Near treeline
