WEATHER: High of -1°C. Mostly calm w/ some light SW winds. Strong solar

SNOWPACK: See pit. Widespread SH on surface (withstanding solar radiation on shaded and low angle solar slopes). Upper 15cm gaining cohesion. Saw sudden results (CTE SP x2) 15cm down from surface on 20130111 NSF. Lower slabs maintaining 1F hardness. Propagation potential decreasing on 20121203 DH 15cm above the ground, though still saw CTH SC. AVALANCHE ACTIVITY: SS-N-R1-D2-O occured 20130116? on SW @ 11,600ft. Looked like it was triggered mostly in recently loaded snow from Tues, but involved older layers.
