Beautiful, clear skies but gusty winds from west. Small avalanche triggered about 3pm.

Snowpack

Variable snow depth depending on aspect and wind loading. Location where avalanche was triggered had 4-10" soft slab on an hard layer about 2cm thick with sugar snow below to ground.
