beautiful weather and fun skiing but watched a pair of skiers, whom I saw in the Anvil parking area, sympathetically release a fairly sizeable slide on the extreme skiers right feature of the main north bowl...not sure if there was a burial...saw them searching for gear and then heading out I noticed one of the party had lost a ski. 150 meter crown with 1/2 meter approx. depth. that ran about 500 meters. Classic funky voodoo where there is not much apparent natural activity, but step out a little too far and...lookout! Overall, a really quiet Saturday back there...
