Wild cracking in MLK storm snow. Cracks consistently propagating 50-100', including in thick aspen groves, open wind deposited slopes, sheltered glades, on top of old ski traffic, next to a heavily travelled skin track... anywhere there was morethan 12" of storm snow resting on a weak base.
