Size 2 Avalanche happened at approximately 3:30pm. Party of 3 riding the open face of the Sliders in West Bowl. 2nd rider cut across the slope just below the convex roll and triggered the slide. Rider was pushed through multiple small trees and over rocks. 3rd rider found the 2nd rider almost fully buried with one arm free struggling to clear snow from airway. Compound leg fracture and snowboard torn from feet and not found. About 50cm of new snow fell between Friday and Sunday
