Not so busy day up the Connaught drainage surprisingly. We tried going up to 8812 bowl. Skinning up the ridge, we remote trigger the east face of bruins ridge. After a pretty decent whumpf we saw shooting crack and slid right below us. It was pretty socked in but seems like the crown was 100m wide, 20-60cm deep and running about 50m length. After that we decide it was not worth it considering the visibility and there was plenty of snow to enjoy! Great conditions down Hospital Gully 1&2
