Many open crevasses on the Spearhead Glacier shoulder (see the images). Don't get tempted to ski right down the fall line in the middle of the run, but stay hard skiers left (near the rockband) or right (mellower slopes). We didn't ski Guide's notch, but from what we could see, care should also be taken to find the route thru the crevasses.
