Skinning up below tree line elevation in tree's, came across slight opening where the terrain got stepper. Put skin track across 5m opening and once on other side stomped a platform and triggered slope. the settlement went uphill 20m to steepest section and propagated across the convexity. The avalanche picked up alot of volume and ran through the tree's. Good travel practices and positioning of people ensured no involvement. Touchy conditions currently in the Spray valley.
