raincrust tapering off at 1900m seems fairly consistent from here to waterton although the thickness varies. Up to 30cms of freshly drifted pow in very isolated drifts right to valley bottom ontop the crust. Fresh windslabs popping off the cornices easily. Finding a nice long vertical drift is best bet for pow below 1900m. You'll find the most consistent pow in wind protected areas above 1900m but watch out for wind slabs on steep unsupported lee slopes.
