Hero Drainage

Skied some terrain in the drainage. Stability seemed good on the way up and the way down. There was a large amount of wind affect in the area, even down to valley bottom which was interesting. Lost of windloading and small slabs formed on the surface, however they were not reactive. Please see snowpack tab for test results.

The compression test yielded no results on the column. However when a skier jumped above the pit, there was a 30cm deep somewhat cohesive slab running with lots of resistance on a layer 30cms down. There was no signs of this layer propagating, and it was not reactive while skiing.
