Great day in Montana bowl/ridge with a beautiful inversion all day and people were definitely getting after it. Surface hoar noted at all elevations we rode from 1700m-2300m, sun was certainly affecting solar aspects and began to round it down but it was preserved in shaded aspects. A few size 1 natural avalanches were noted on solar aspects in steep terrain and trees were begging to drop bombs in sunny aspects but overall still a solid looking snowpack and great skiing
