Broken to Overcast skies with winds light and variable from the S and W. Temps in the high 20's to low 30's
Snowpack
Variable and generally low snow depth. 40cms seemed to be the deeper end of things with barely enough snow to tour the un-groomed nordic roads out to above the Cliffs. The snow from the early October storm consists of a 10 cm pencil melt freeze crust capping 25 cms of 4F facets (.5-1mm). While somehwhat worrisome in an of itself this structure is primarily below the anchors in the Cliffs Avalanche Area and not connected over the terrain
