Weather
Mostly clear becoming broken by mid-day. Steady northwest winds transported snow in the alpine in AM.
Snowpack
Over 2-feet of storm snow settling rapidly. No results in ski tests or snowpack tests in this deep part of the zone. Avoided steep terrain terrain in general though for fear of the overloaded persistent weak layers below.
Avalanche
One D3 ran on Ohio Peak Saturday morning. Other avalanches looked older. Heard second had of several snowmobile triggered avalanches in the area, one that partially buried at least a snowmobile, but didn't see them.
