Snowpack

Bootpen 30 cm, test pit to ground, HS 171, ECTX, PSTSF 69/83 down 17cm. Another stiff layer down 70 cm. Flat 2mm Faceted Crystals at lowest 8 cm to ground. Skiing out 4 p.m. produced cracks just ahead of skis, and some small soft slabs.
