Snowpack

On 4/4 a lighter freeze than 4/3. Valleys were colder in the morning but freeze weakened as you gained in elevation. SE slopes at 10am in alpine were already becoming unsupportive In Ross basin on 4/3, saw cracks in snow on S aspects in alpine that had previously cracked and then melt and refroze. In Ross Basin, noticed large running cracks that were recent within 24hrs.
