We observed size 1.5 windslabs release from just below ridgecrest on lee East facing slopes. Definetly since the last storm but at least 24h ago, had very light dusting of snow on top of debris pile. Condition were clear, sunny and calm -20. Colder in shade, warmer in the sun. Boot penetration to knee ski penetration to just under boot top Dug a pit @ 2034m on East/SE facing slope at treeline in non-wind affected terrain HS 105 cm 45 cm snow from last weekend's storm Nov crust 80cm down M7 resistant uneven break 45cm down H7 sudden collapse 80cm on Nov crust. Possibly due to facets (feel unqualified to make that call) **sorry for duplicate post. Not sure what went wrong with first post
