Quick report

Weather
warm, cloudy, sunny
Climb Name
Transparent Fool
Ice Quality
good

Snow on approach had thick sun crust most of the way. Underneath crust was pockets of unsupportive (sugar) snow. On the decent, we skied down the slope to the climber's right of Transparent Fool. The first 100m of that slope had good supportive, snow with no sun crust. Did not see any evidence of large avalanche run outs on the avalanche slopes on the approach to the climb. I was expecting to see some large run outs after the warm spell the week before. Perhaps the debris was covered by fresh snow. Dinner plate ice at the bottom of the climb.
