Storm #4 deposited eight inches of new snow, with 0.90 inches of snow water equivalent. This accumulation fell on a mix of bare ground on sunny slopes and approximately three feet of snow on sheltered, shady, high-elevation areas. Winds have shifted in the afternoon from the southwest to the northwest, with flagging observed on the peaks. The cloud deck parted to reveal mainly clear blue skies by mid-morning.
