We performed three extended column tests, each with no result. Could not achieve a result even with very hard hits (hurting hand). The top 20-30cm was unconsolidated (crumbled when being hit). There was significant snow transport in the area. Expect N and E aspects to be wind loaded. 4 finger from 0 depth to 30cm. 1-3 finger penetration from 30cm depth to 100cm depth. Thick ice crust (need shovel to break) at 100cm depth.
